Resumen
El presente documento contempla la información relacionada con la investigación
titulada "Impacto de las Representaciones Sociales en la Gestión Organizacional y su
Influencia en la Motivación laboral en las Mipymes ". El objetivo general del estudio fue
explicar el impacto de las representaciones sociales en la gestión organizacional y su
influencia en la motivación laboral en las Mipymes de la ciudad de Sincelejo, Sucre. El
enfoque inicial de la investigación fue exploratorio, destinado a establecer un conocimiento
general sobre las Mipymes. Posteriormente, se procedió a analizar las variables
directamente vinculadas al estudio, las cuales incluyeron las representaciones sociales, la
gestión organizacional y la motivación laboral. La metodología empleada en el desarrollo
del estudio se basó en un enfoque cuantitativo-explicativo. Este enfoque culminó en la
creación de un modelo teórico propuesto que tenía como finalidad aclarar el tema de
estudio. Los resultados de la investigación revelan que las representaciones sociales más
relevantes tienen un impacto significativo en la gestión organizacional en las micro y
pequeñas empresas de la ciudad de Sincelejo. El modelo estructural revela conexiones
significativas entre "Cultura Organizacional", "Representaciones Sociales de la Gestión
Organizacional" (RSGO) y "Motivación Laboral" en micro y pequeñas empresas. La fuerte
relación positiva entre "Cultura Organizacional" y "RSGO" (0.823), se concluye que la de
gestión organizacional influye en la motivación laboral en este tipo de empresas. El
documento presenta una investigación que busca comprender la relación entre las
representaciones sociales, la gestión organizacional y la motivación laboral en las
Mipymes en Sincelejo, Sucre. La metodología empleada y los resultados obtenidos
refuerzan la importancia de considerar las representaciones sociales como un factor
influyente en la dinámica laboral de la gestión y la motivación laboral en este tipo de
empresas

The general objective of the study was to explain the impact of social representations on organizational management and its influence on work motivation in MSMEs in the city of Sincelejo, Sucre. The initial approach of the research was exploratory, aimed at establishing general knowledge about MSMEs. Subsequently, the variables directly linked to the study were analyzed, which included social representations, organizational management and work motivation. The methodology used in the development of the study was based on a quantitative-explanatory approach. This approach culminated in the creation of a proposed theoretical model that was intended to clarify the topic of study. The results of the research reveal that the most relevant social representations have a significant impact on organizational management in micro and small businesses in the city of Sincelejo. The structural model reveals significant connections between "Organizational Culture", "Social Representations of Organizational Management" (RSGO) and "Work Motivation" in micro and small businesses. The strong positive relationship between "Organizational Culture" and "RSGO" (0.823), it is concluded that organizational management influences work motivation in this type of companies.
