Prácticas pedagógicas en la educación rural: una mirada hacia la construcción de la escuela con pertinencia contextual

Resumen
En el contexto educativo rural se requiere una evaluación continua y sistemática de la práctica docente, enfocada en su pertinencia y en el cumplimiento de las exigencias sociales. El objetivo de esta investigación es generar una práctica pedagógica que permita construir una escuela contextualizada, capaz de responder a los nuevos desafíos de la educación en estos entornos. El marco teórico se basa en la conceptualización de la práctica pedagógica, la escuela pertinente y la educación rural, entendiendo que la relevancia educativa es clave para el aprendizaje y la participación de los estudiantes en su comunidad. La metodología se fundamenta en un paradigma sociocrítico y emplea un enfoque de investigación acción educativa, donde los docentes juegan un papel activo en la creación y evaluación de estrategias pedagógicas. Las técnicas de recolección de información incluyen entrevistas semiestructuradas, análisis documental y observación, que permiten conocer las realidades y necesidades educativas del contexto rural. La población está conformada por los docentes de secundaria de las instituciones educativas oficiales del municipio de Los Córdobas, y la muestra se centra en los docentes de la zona rural. El propósito de la investigación es crear espacios de colaboración para desarrollar una práctica pedagógica contextualizada, que responda a las características y necesidades educativas de los estudiantes rurales, mejorando la calidad educativa en estas comunidades.
In the rural educational context, a continuous and systematic evaluation of teaching practice is required, focused on its relevance and compliance with social demands. The objective of this research is to generate a pedagogical practice that allows building a contextualized school, capable of responding to the new challenges of education in these environments. The theoretical framework is based on the conceptualization of pedagogical practice, relevant school and rural education, understanding that educational relevance is key to learning and participation of students in their community. The methodology is based on a socio-critical paradigm and employs an educational action research approach, where teachers play an active role in the creation and evaluation of pedagogical strategies. The data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews, documentary analysis and observation, which allow us to learn about the realities and educational needs of the rural context. The population is made up of secondary school teachers from official educational institutions in the municipality of Los Córdobas, and the sample is centered on teachers in the rural area. The purpose of the research is to create collaborative spaces to develop a contextualized pedagogical practice that responds to the characteristics and educational needs of rural students, improving the quality of education in these communities.
