Resumen
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo “interpretar los significados otorgados por los sujetos vinculados en la conformación de la Unidad Productiva Rural sobre la gestión de conocimiento frente a los sistemas productivos, a partir de la experiencia de la Etnia Indígena Mokaná Baranoa durante el periodo: 2017-2019”. Para su desarrollo se seleccionó el enfoque epistémico cualitativo bajo el método hermenéutico, aplicando técnicas e instrumentos cónsonos con esta metodología. Como resultados se logró reconocer los aspectos sociales e institucionales que caracterizan la conformación de este emprendimiento social, destacándose que se enmarca en el fortalecimiento de las prácticas socioculturales de este grupo indígena, a través de la producción avícola, contando con el apoyo técnico–financiero de entidades gubernamentales, así como la aprobación y participación de la comunidad conforme a sus reglamentos internos; a nivel organizacional se pudo identificar los principios filosóficos–normativos y procedimentales que la rigen, presentando debilidades en su estructuración generando limitaciones que actúan como barreras para la consolidación; en cuanto a la gestión del conocimiento en esta organización, se pudo identificar la presencia de algunos elementos en su implementación, prevaleciendo la ejecución de procedimientos de forma empírica, generando confrontaciones con los aspectos técnicos de la producción; el uso de las TIC es limitado a la directiva, mientras los avances tecnológicos se consideran novedosos e importantes para el proceso de producción. Esta experiencia es considerada satisfactoria por los aprendizajes obtenidos, destacando la importancia de establecer un enfoque intercultural, así como desplegar un conjunto de estrategias que permitan consolidar este emprendimiento.
The objective of this study was “to interpret the meanings granted by the subjects linked in the formation of the Rural Productive Unit on the management of knowledge against productive systems, based on the experience of the Mokaná Baranoa Indigenous Ethnic group during the period: 2017- 2019 ”. For its development, was selected the qualitative epistemic approach under the hermeneutical method, applying techniques and instruments consistent with this methodology. As a result, it was possible to recognize the social and institutional aspects that characterize the formation of this social undertaking, highlighting that it is part of the strengthening of the sociocultural practices of this indigenous group, through poultry production, with the technical-financial support of government entities, as well as the approval and participation of the community in accordance with its internal regulations; At the organizational level, it was possible to identify the philosophical-normative and procedural principles that govern it, presenting weaknesses in its structure, generating limitations that act as barriers to consolidation; Regarding knowledge management in this organization, the presence of some elements in its implementation could be identified, prevailing the execution of procedures empirically, generating confrontations with the technical aspects of production; The use of ICT is limited to the directive, while technological advances are considered novel and important for the production process. This experience is considered satisfactory by the learning obtained, highlighting the importance of establishing an intercultural approach, as well as deploying a set of strategies to consolidate this undertaking.
