Resumen
De acuerdo al objetivo principal de la realización de este proyecto se logró encontrar diferentes investigaciones a nivel Internacional, Nacional y Local encaminadas en el ambiente organizacional incidiendo en la competitividad emocional de los colaboradores en relación a su desempeño junto con aspectos como la práctica de valores, los diferentes ritmos de cambio dentro de las organizaciones y adicional, la productividad enfocada en el ámbito emocional, de esta forma, esto nos guiará ante la búsqueda de identificar aquellos factores que están incidiendo en el clima organizacional y afectan de forma directa a la estabilidad emocional o la denominada competitividad emocional. Por lo anterior, se evidencia que hay factores como el salario emocional, relaciones humanas, calidad de vida y entre otros que influyen en el desarrollo competitivo del colaborador y al no ser tomado en cuenta puede generar un descenso en la productividad de sus funciones laborales y objetivos organizacionales. Encontrado desde investigación internacionales como nacionales y locales.
According to the main objective of this project, it was possible to find different research at international, national and local level, aimed at the organizational environment affecting the emotional competitiveness of employees in relation to their performance along with aspects such as the practice of values, the different rhythms of change within organizations and, additionally, productivity focused on the emotional area, thus, this will guide us in the search to identify those factors that are affecting the organizational climate and directly affect the emotional stability or the so-called emotional competitiveness. Therefore, it is evident that there are factors such as emotional salary, human relations, quality of life and others that influence the competitive development of the collaborator and when not taken into account can generate a decrease in the productivity of their work functions and organizational objectives.
