Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación fue conocer el nivel de bienestar y satisfacción laboral de empleados en una empresa del sector agroindustrial de barranquilla, se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa. Se evaluó a 32 empleados administrativos con el cuestionario de bienestar laboral general (qBLG) con la finalidad de medir el bienestar bajo dos dimensiones: Bienestar laboral y efectos colaterales. Los resultados fueron obtenidos a través de la tabulación del software estadístico SPSS: el software de estadística más valorado. Los resultados indican que los empleados evaluados tienen una sensación positiva orientada al bienestar dentro de la organización.
The purpose of this research was to assess the level of well-being and job satisfaction among employees in an agro-industrial company in Barranquilla. A quantitative methodology was employed for this study. A total of 32 administrative employees were evaluated using the General Workplace Well-being Questionnaire (qBLG) to measure well-being across two dimensions: Workplace well-being and collateral effects. The results were obtained through tabulation using the widely acclaimed statistical software, SPSS. The findings indicate that the evaluated employees have a positive perception regarding their well-being within the organization.
