Resumen
El presente estudio buscó analizar las evidencias
científicas que explican la utilización de las
estrategias multisensoriales en los procesos de
desarrollo e intervención para fortalecer los procesos
comunicativos de la población en situación de
discapacidad. Se realizó una revisión sistemática con
diseño bibliométrico. Como criterios de inclusión se
incluyeron: Publicaciones científicas de los últimos 12
años en las categorías neurodesarrollo, comunicación
y estrategias multisensoriales hacia la comunicación;
las búsquedas se desarrollaron en los bancos de datos
PubMED, Science Direct, REDALYC, Scielo y Google
Scholar. La recolección se la información se basó
en 10 cruces en diferentes bases de datos utilizando
las ecuaciones: “Technology for communication”,
“Technology forc ommunication + disability”,
“Augmentative and alternative communication +
disability”, “Equipos de Comunicación para Personas
con Discapacidad”, “Comunicación + herramienta
informática”, “Tecnología para la comunicación”,
“Technology + disability”, “Communication
trategies with technology”, “Augmentative and
alternative communication + disability + strategies”
y “Augmentative and alternative communication +
disability + strategies”.
The present study sought to analyze the scientific evidence that explains the use of multisensory strategies in development and intervention processes to strengthen the communication processes of the population with disabilities. A systematic review with the bibliometric design was carried out. The inclusion criteria were: Scientific publications of the last 12 years in the categories neurodevelopment, communication, and multisensory strategies towards communication; The searches were carried out in the PubMed, Science Direct, REDALYC, Scielo, and Google Scholar databases. The information collection was based on 10 crosses in different databases using the equations: “Technology for communication”, “Technology for communication + disability”, “Augmentative and alternative communication + disability”, “Communication Equipment for People with Disabilities”, “Communication + computer tool”, “Technology for communication”, “Technology + disability”, “Communication strategies with technology”, “Augmentative and alternative communication + disability + strategies “and” Augmentative and alternative communication + disability + strategies”. The final sample was made up of 38 studies, which allowed to show that in their habilitation of the population with disabilities, neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental functions are included, because the brain responds with processes of identification, integration, and expression, for the learning and interaction with the context, thus improving neurological connections and developmental skills.
