This research arose from the need to propose solutions to some problems of the Venezuelan migrant community that has settled in Colombia and whose sons and daughters attend official schools located along the north coast of the country. Its objective was to promote permanent reflection that leads to the intervention and monitoring of the resilience processes of immigrant children and young people who attend these educational institutions. The selected design was Participation Action Research, IAP, from the Sociocritical paradigm, taking key elements of Complexity. The unit of analysis was represented mainly by Venezuelan students and their families, as well as the teachers and the counselor of an official educational institution in the Municipality of Soledad, Atlántico. Among the results, it stands out that the risk, protection, and resilience factors of the subjects can be grouped into four categories or areas: personal, family, school and social. The idea of a proposal called Inter-Institutional Solidarity Network: MI-RED, was also generated collectively, that is, with the contributions of all the participants, to channel and manage actions that help strengthen the resilience of migrant students and their families.
