Resumen
En el presente proyecto, se determinó el objetivo de diseñar un sistema interno de
gestión de la innovación en una empresa del departamento del Atlántico. Para
resolver el problema planteado, se desarrollaron unos objetivos específicos que
fueron realizados a través de una metodología de Investigación-Acción, soportada
en una herramienta llamada MIindex y bajo una entrevista semiestructurada, para
la implementación de un diagnóstico como punto de partida.
Adicionalmente se brindaron unos cursos de formación donde paralelamente se
iba recogiendo información valiosa de la empresa para el planteamiento del plan
estratégico de innovación que cuenta con unos proyectos que la empresa deberá
implementar para que la innovación se conciba como un proceso natural y
sistémico. Por último, se implementó una herramienta como mecanismo para
incentivar la cultura de innovación. Dentro del trabajo de investigación se explicó
algunas causas y efectos como resultados de no contar con una cultura y gestión
de la innovación definida dentro de una organización.
In the present project, the objective was to design an internal innovation management system in a company in the Atlantic department.
