Resumen
En la Ley 911 de 2004, Código de Ética en Enfermería de Colombia, no hay definiciones de los valores. Objetivos: Esclarecer la normatividad jurídica en definiciones de los valores explícitos de la Ley 911 del 2004, sobre Responsabilidad deontológica para el ejercicio de la Enfermería en Colombia. Materiales y Métodos: Se utilizaron la fuente oficial del Congreso de la República y de los Lineamientos para la elaboración y actualización, de códigos deontológicos de las profesiones del Talento Humano en Salud de 2022. Estudio cualitativo, teórico, retrospectivo, documental, analítico, crítico y hermenéutico. Resultados: Después de analizar cada definición de valor hallada, con los cinco requisitos que tienen los Lineamientos para hacer definiciones, se identificó, que ninguna los cumple todos. Conclusiones: Se concluyeron y elaboraron dos definiciones por cada valor de la Ley 911 de 2004 y una definición de ser humano como parece ser entendido en esta Ley, partiendo de la aportada por los Lineamientos arriba mencionados.

Objectives: To clarify the legal regulations in definitions of the explicit values of Law 911 of 2004, on Deontological Responsibility for the Practice of Nursing in Colombia.Materials and Methods: The official source of the Congress of the Republic and the Guidelines for the elaboration and updating of deontological codes of the professions of Human Talent in Health of 2022 were used. Qualitative, theoretical, retrospective, documentary, analytical, critical and hermeneutical study. Results: After analyzing each definition of value found, with the five requirements that the Guidelines have to make definitions, it was identified that none of them meets all of them. Conclusions: Two definitions were concluded and elaborated for each value of Law 911 of 2004 and a definition of human being as it seems to be understood in this Law, based on the one provided by the Guidelines mentioned above.
