Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es presentar la problemática de como el personal de urgencias está expuesto actualmente a riesgos laborales constantemente en el ámbito ergonómico, esta sería una forma de investigación donde se permitirá detectar las fatigas laborales, donde el personal de del área de salud de urgencias (enfermeros, enfermeros auxiliares clínicos, auxiliar de farmacia y médicos) no puede realizar todas las demandas de trabajos y así terminando con un agotamiento tanto mental y físicamente y como aún no se le ha podido dar una legítima solución a esta problemática lo cual indagaremos en la revisión del problema en la clínica expuesta, donde trataremos de darle una respuesta o justificación al porqué de la problemática e intentar resolver con los conocimientos adquiridos previos a la realización de la investigación, así también utilizando referencias de autores los cuales aportan a la respuestas o la llegada de una pronta conclusión de la dicha problemática, todo lo anterior será a través de un análisis discreto tratando así de determinar los riesgos ergonómicos en el área de salud y darla a conocer a las personas sin conocimiento sobre esta que nos ayude a lograr nuestro objetivo.
The objective of this article is to present the problem of how health personnel are currently exposed to occupational risks constantly in the ergonomic field, this would be a form of research where it will be possible to detect work fatigue, where the health personnel of the emergency area (nurses, clinical auxiliary nurses, pharmacy assistants and doctors) can’t perform all the demands of work and thus ending with exhaustion both mentally and physically and as it has not yet been possible to give a legitimate solution to this problem, which we will investigate in the review of the problem in the exposed clinic, where we will try to give an answer or justification to the reason for the problem and try to solve it with the knowledge acquired prior to carrying out the investigation, as well as using references from authors who contribute to the answers or the arrival of a prompt conclusion of said problem, all of the above will be through of a discreet analysis thus trying to determine the ergonomic risks in the area of health and make it known to people without knowledge about it to help us achieve our goal.
