Resumen
El objetivo del presente proyecto fue diseñar un Programa de Bienestar Laboral enfocado en el incremento de la motivación del Talento Humano de empresa X de Barranquilla, por medio de la identificación de las necesidades actuales del talento humano que conforma la organización. Este proyecto surgió como una necesidad presentada por el entorno, ya que en la empresa de estudio se venían presentando cambios estructurales significativos que se vieron reflejado en el manejo de las
relaciones interpersonales, el bienestar laboral y la satisfacción de los colaboradores, lo cual se refleja automáticamente en la productividad y la calidad del trabajo. A lo largo del tiempo diversos teóricos e investigadores han estudiado el comportamiento del bienestar y la motivación como variables dependientes e independientes se ha analizado su comportamiento lo cual ha generado el desarrollado teorías significativas de las cuales parten factores que contribuyen a el relacionamiento de estas dos, por medio de un recorrido documental se permitió realizar un análisis teórico y practico teniendo en cuenta la situación actual de estudio.
The objective of this project was to design a Labor Well-being Program focused on increasing the motivation of the Human Talent of company X of Barranquilla, through the identification of the current needs of the human talent that makes up the organization. This project arose as a need presented by the environment, since the study company had been presenting significant structural changes that were reflected in the management of interpersonal relationships, labor well-being and employee satisfaction, which is reflected automatically on productivity and quality of work. Over time, various theorists and researchers have studied the behavior of well-being and motivation as dependent and independent variables, their behavior has been analyzed, which has generated the development of significant theories from which factors that contribute to the relationship of these two start. Through a documentary tour, it was possible to carry out a theoretical and practical analysis taking into account the current situation of study.
