Resumen
La implementación de sistemas de gestión integrados (SGI) se ha convertido en una herramienta administrativa empleada por muchas organizaciones para mejorar sus resultados a nivel interno y externo. Las normas (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 y ISO 45001:2018) han generado cambios organizacionales profundos, además ser guías en la estandarización de procesos para lograr la satisfacción de las partes interesadas. El propósito de esta investigación es evaluar el impacto de la implementación de sistemas de gestión integrados en la mejora de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el sector transporte (unidos S.A.S), la metodología a desarrollar está focalizada en el enfoque cualitativo, por medio de diseño de estudio de caso y la entrevista semiestructurada a 4 colaboradores de la empresa UNIDOS, los resultados obtenidos fueron de gran relevancia donde se logran identificar y evaluar el impacto de los sistemas integrados en la empresa, en donde cada uno de ellos contó con una experiencia positiva hacia la implementación de los medios integrados que se manejan en la empresa, tanto así que se logró unas respuestas significativas para la investigación
The implementation of integrated management systems (IMS) has become an administrative tool used by many organizations to improve their results internally and externally. The standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) have generated profound organizational changes, as well as being guides in the standardization of processes to achieve the satisfaction of interested parties. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of the implementation of integrated management systems in improving occupational health and safety in the transportation sector (united S.A.S), the methodology to be developed is focused on the qualitative approach, through a case study design and semi-structured interview with 4 employees of the company UNIDOS, the results obtained were of great relevance where the impact of the integrated systems in the company was identified and evaluated, where each of them had a positive experience towards the implementation of the integrated means that are managed in the company, so much so that significant responses were achieved for the investigation.
