| spa |
dc.description.abstract | In this present project, the ability to treat psychological damage caused by traffic accidents through the use and implementation of controlled and monitored virtual reality atmospheres will be revealed, taking as a research area a city in the country of Colombia, exactly the city of Barranquilla, Based on a data record that shows us that so far in 2022, there have been a total of 106 fatalities in traffic accidents in Barranquilla, representing an increase of 15% compared to the year 2021. Therefore, we can highlight that, just as there is an increase in fatal accidents, the victims who are psychologically affected indirectly by each traffic accident increase, which in turn are not cared for or are not provided with recovery follow- up and support to avoid, treat or detect these psychological damages that can be generated, since in most cases only the direct victims of the traffic accident are treated. Based on this problem, an analysis is proposed to treat, detect, and prevent psychological damage presented in people who have been part of a traffic accident, either a direct or indirect victim considering virtual reality taking into account virtual reality and its benefits towards this. Through the analysis considering the implementation of virtual reality in an immersive atmosphere to treat, detect and prevent psychological damage presented in people who have been part of a traffic accident, whether a direct or indirect victim. | eng |
