El legal DESIGN en la jurisdicción de lo contencioso administrativo, periodo 2019 a 2022 en la ciudad de San José de Cúcuta

Resumen
El acceso a la administración de justicia contemplado como derecho dentro del ordenamiento jurídico a partir de los postulados de la Constitución Política colombiana de 1991 ha hecho que el Estado incorpore procedimientos legales y administrativos que permitan tanto a usuarios y sus apoderados en la rama judicial en especial la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa presentar y tramitar acciones y demandas en pro de la guarda de sus derechos, procurando día a día los mismos sean más sencillos y expeditos. Lo anterior generando que principios como la Buena Administración Pública y la Correcta Administración de Justicia se hagan cada día más relevantes e indispensables dentro de las relaciones usuario – Estado, siendo así como surgen figuras como el Legal Design la cual es la transformación de la experiencia de los usuarios a través de herramientas y modelos mas comprensibles. Es por ello que establecer los elementos que se presentan en dicha transformación resulta indispensable para identificar el estado de aplicación e impactos del Legal Design teniendo como población objeto los usuarios de la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo en la ciudad de Cúcuta en el periodo 2019 a 2022, lugar en el cual existen quince Juzgados Administrativos encargados de tramitar de acuerdo a los factores de competencia: factor territorial y el factor cuantía procesos contenciosos relacionados con la Administración Pública en San José de Cúcuta, además de las barreras que han encontrado en la administración de justicia y como la
implementación de nuevas tecnologías ha impactado en el tradicional modelo judicial
Access to the administration of justice contemplated as a right within the legal system based on the postulates of the Colombian Political Constitution of 1991 has caused the State to incorporate legal and administrative procedures that allow both users and their representatives in the judicial branch, especially the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction present and process actions and demands in favor of the protection of their rights, seeking to make them simpler and expeditious day by day. The above generates that principles such as Good Public Administration and the Correct Administration of Justice become more relevant and indispensable every day within user-State relations, thus creating figures such as Legal Design, which is the transformation of the experience of users through more understandable tools and models. That is why establishing the elements that are presented in said transformation is essential to identify the state of application and impacts of the Legal Design, having as the target population the users of the Administrative Litigation Jurisdiction in the city of Cúcuta in the period 2019 to 2022. , a place in which there are fifteen Administrative Courts in charge of processing, according to the jurisdiction factors: territorial factor and the quantum factor, contentious processes related to the Public Administration in San José de Cúcuta, in addition to the barriers that have been found in the administration of justice and how the implementation of new technologies has impacted the traditional judicial model
