Resumen
La presente investigación aborda la descripción de la experiencia significativa sobre la inclusión de la vida socioproductiva dirigido a jóvenes entre edades de18 a 28 años de los barrios La luz y Rebolo en el suroriente de Barranquilla; en el marco de desarrollo de la ejecución del Programa Generaciones Sacúdete 2021. Este se inscribe en la línea de investigación cualitativa utilizando el diseño etnográfico con la muestra de grupo focales; con 30 jóvenes beneficiario de dicho programa auspiciado por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar – ICBF.
Cuyo propósito fue indagar y comprender la experiencia significativa vivida por los jóvenes sobre la inclusión socioproductiva, empoderamiento empresarial, e, identificar las estrategias y mecanismo de oportunidades, alianzas, gestión y articulación para la vida socio productiva de los y las jóvenes La luz y Rebolo del Suroriente de Barranquilla. Igualmente, la conclusión del estudio evidencio lo interesante del proceso de formación metodológico para la promoción y fortalecimiento de sus talentos, capacidades como alternativa de sostenibilidad económica y socioproductivo. Sin embargo, es necesario un programa de intervención y aporte al impulso económico de sus ideas de negocio con la entrega de capital semilla para la creación de unidades productivas, y, se logre una articulación de tejido social con bi-institucional y lo académico para incidir provechosamente en la vida de la juventud en general.
This research deals with the description of the significant experience on the inclusion of socio-productive life aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 28 from the La Luz and Rebolo neighborhoods in the southeast of Barranquilla; within the framework of the execution of the Generations Shake Yourself 2021 Program. This is part of the qualitative research line using the ethnographic design with the focus group sample; with 30 young beneficiaries of said program sponsored by the Colombian Family Welfare Institute - ICBF. Whose purpose was to investigate and understand the significant experience lived by young people on socio-productive inclusion, business empowerment, and identify strategies and mechanism of opportunities, alliances, management and articulation for the socio-productive life of young people La luz y Rebolo from the southeast of Barranquilla. Likewise, the conclusion of the study evidenced the interest of the methodological training process for the promotion and strengthening of their talents, capacities as an alternative for economic and socio-productive sustainability. However, a program of intervention and contribution to the economic boost of their business ideas is necessary with the delivery of seed capital for the creation of productive units, and an articulation of social fabric with bi-institutional and academic is achieved to influence profitably in the life of youth in general.
