Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es presentar un análisis donde se busca profundizar en la forma en que
el departamento de recursos humanos influye en el proceso de formación brindado por docentes de
la Universidad Simón Bolívar para seguir laborando en tiempos de pandemia. Se busca identificar
las primeras acciones lideradas en la Universidad y las acciones posteriores que han ido
implementando en la particularidad, el presente estudio se centra en los docentes de la facultad de
ingeniería industrial. Entre las consecuencias producidas por el COVID-19, se destacan los cambios
surtidas en el sector educativo, las cuales ha implicado transformaciones adicionales tanto por
docentes como en las Instituciones de Educación Superior con la virtualización del proceso de
formación, las cuales no siempre eran clases magistrales sino en su mayoría con componentes
teorico-practicos.
The objective of this article is to present an analysis which seeks to deepen the way in which the human resources department influences the training process provided by teachers of the Universidad Simón Bolívar to continue working in times of pandemic. It seeks to identify the first actions led at the University and the subsequent actions that have been implemented in the particularity, this study focuses on teachers of the faculty of industrial engineering. Among the consequences produced by COVID-19, the transformations in the educational sector stand out, which have implied additional transformations both by teachers and in the Higher Education Institutions with the virtualization of the training process, which were not always master classes but mostly with theoretical-practical components.
