Resumen
La gestión del talento humano se considera como un proceso que implementan en todas empresas e instituciones para realizar procesos específicos como lo son: la selección de personal, formación, capacitación del personal, bienestar laboral, retención, entre otros. En las instituciones del sector salud, esta gestión del talento humano es de gran importación por la misma naturaleza del área y los servicios de calidad que ofrecen, haciendo este algo fundamental. La gestión del talento humano además de encargarse de garantizar de que la institución tenga al personal más calificado para los cargos, se encarga del bienestar del personal y que estos lleguen a tener un sentido de pertenencia con la institución y sus funciones. Colombia por medio de una revisión documental, para, a partir de ello, identificar las condiciones laborales del área de la gestión del talento humano en las organizaciones del sector salud en Colombia, además de realizar la descripción de esta evolución de la gestión del talento humano en la última década con el fin de establecer los antecedentes de esta, para luego reconocer la principal causa de la evolución de la gestión del talento humano en el sector salud en Colombia.
Human talent management is considered as a process implemented in all companies and institutions to carry out specific processes such as: personnel selection, training, personnel training, labor welfare, retention, among others. In the health sector institutions, this human talent management is of great importance due to the nature of the area and the quality services they offer, making this something fundamental. Human talent management, in addition to ensuring that the institution has the most qualified personnel for the positions, is responsible for the welfare of the staff and that they come to have a sense of belonging to the institution and its functions. The objective of the research consisted of analyzing the evolution of human talent management in health sector organizations in the last decade in Colombia by means of a documentary review, in order to identify the working conditions in the area of human talent management in health sector organizations in Colombia, in addition to describing the evolution of human talent management in the last decade in order to establish the background of this, and then recognize the main cause of the evolution of human talent management in the health sector in Colombia.
