Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación es abordar el acoso sexual en el trabajo específicamente en las mujeres que se desempeñan como impulsadoras de licor, exactamente en el Centro Comercial Bolívar, en el cual se analiza e identifica los
mecanismos de afrontamiento que emplean y sobre la percepción que tiene las impulsadoras y la sociedad ante esta problemática que permanece normalizada, por lo tanto, se hace una descripción de su complejidad para cada una de las impulsadoras. Así mismo se promueve la necesidad de crear conciencia y sensibilización de implementar significativos en la cultura organizacional y social. Esta investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo donde se orienta hacia la obtención de resultados cuantificables y verificables y así mismo su diseño metodológico se basa en el descriptivo que permite proporcionar una visión detallada y comprensiva, de acuerdo a esto se realizó un cuestionario auto diligenciado, en el cual arrojo como resultado, las diferentes afectaciones físicas, psicológicas, en donde se les vulnera sus derechos como mujer, por el cual su entorno laboral se convierte en un lugar hostil, inseguro e intimidante, donde las impulsadoras de licor experimentan situaciones de peligro y acoso sexual en su jornada laboral.
The purpose of this research is to address sexual harassment at work, specifically in women who work as liquor promoters, exactly in the Bolivar Shopping Center, in which the coping mechanisms they use and the perception that the promoters and society have of this problem that remains normalized are analyzed and identified, therefore, a description of its complexity is made for each of the promoters. It also promotes the need to create awareness and sensitization to implement significant changes in the organizational and social culture. This research was developed under the quantitative approach where it is oriented towards obtaining quantifiable and verifiable results and likewise its methodological design is based on the descriptive one that allows providing a detailed and comprehensive vision, according to this a self-completed questionnaire was carried out, The result of this questionnaire was the different physical and psychological affectations, where their rights as women are violated, and where their work environment becomes a hostile, insecure and intimidating place, where the liquor pushers experiencia situations of danger and sexual harassment during their workday
