Resumen
Se muestra a continuación una investigación de tipo cualitativo partiendo del análisis
sistemático de la literatura; en donde se revisa la evolución teórica del concepto de gerencia de la
felicidad resaltando en el talento humano destacado por varios autores y los factores asociados al
desempeño laboral; con el objeto de describir y sintetizar los diferentes elementos relacionados
en un modelo de gerenciamiento; de acuerdo a los documentos publicados desde el año 2010. El
concepto de felicidad laboral se expone a la luz ontológica y la psicología organizacional;
teniendo en cuenta otros conceptos como motivación, satisfacción, bienestar y seguridad.
Finalmente, se presentan todos aquellos elementos gerenciales comunes que tuvieron relevancia
en los resultados organizacionales descritos en las investigaciones analizadas ya sea cualitativa o
cuantitativa. En los documentos investigados se evidencio las tendencias de administración
actual enfocadas en el bienestar del trabajador con variables que van más allá a la remuneración
que permiten un aumento en la productividad; surgiendo así conclusiones sintetizadas que
permiten esbozar un modelo de gerenciamiento de la felicidad que permita ser puesto en
práctica.
A qualitative research is presented below, based on a systematic analysis of the literature; where the theoretical evolution of the concept of happiness management is reviewed, highlighting the aspect of human talent highlighted by various authors and the factors associated with job performance; with the object of to describe and synthesize the different related elements in a management model; according to documents published since 2010. The concept of work happiness is exposed to the ontological light and organizational psychology; taking into account other concepts such as motivation, satisfaction, wellness and security. Finally, all those common managerial elements that were relevant in the organizational results described in the analyzed research are presented, whether qualitative or quantitative. In the researched documents, current management trends focused on the well-being of the worker with variables that go beyond remuneration that allow an increase in productivity were evidenced; thus arising synthesized conclusions that allow the outlining of a happiness management model that can be put into practice.
