Resumen
En la actualidad muchas clínicas no poseen las herramientas informáticas necesaria para suplir todas sus necesidades, cuentan con herramientas informáticas desactualizadas las cuales generan algunos reportes, pero con el grave problema que crean métricas iguales, pero con resultados diferentes de esta forma se ven afectados todos los informes de gestión dando una información poco confiable la cual nos puede llegar a traer problemas ya que no cuenta con una precisión en la que se pueda confiar. En otros casos ni siquiera se cuenta con herramientas informáticas o incluso información digitalizada que permite que se generen informes de manera rápida y efectiva sobre el estado actual de los pacientes atendidos, sus principales patologías o información personal de lo mismo. [1]
Por otro lado, tenemos cifras dadas por la Organización panamericana de la salud de como las enfermedades no trasmisibles matan personas a nivel mundial, alrededor de cuarenta y un millón de personas mueren por estas enfermedades cada trescientos sesenta y cinco días, teniendo en cuenta cifras globales adquiridas por esta misma organización se puede afirmar que un setenta y un porciento de las muertes tienen algún tipo de relación con las enfermedades no trasmisibles, siendo las personas entre los treinta y sesenta y nueve años los más afectados.
Currently many clinics do not have the necessary IT tools to meet all their needs, they have outdated IT tools which generate some reports, but with the serious problem that they create the same metrics, but with different results, thus all management reports are affected giving unreliable information which can bring us problems because it does not have an accuracy that can be trusted. In other cases, there are not even computerized tools or even digitalized information that allow reports to be generated quickly and effectively on the current status of the patients attended, their main pathologies or personal information about them. On the other hand, we have figures given by the Pan American Health Organization of how non-communicable diseases kill people worldwide, about forty one million people die from these diseases every three hundred and sixty five days, taking into account global figures acquired by this same organization it can be stated that seventy one percent of deaths have some kind of relationship with non-communicable diseases, being people between the ages of thirty and sixty nine the most affected.
