Estrategias en el Marco de la Etnoeducación: el Caso de la Institución Educativa Técnica Agropecuaria de San José De Playón (Maríalabaja – Bolívar)

Resumen
La investigación al modelo flexible educación diferencial, se encaminó a fortalecer el
proceso etnoeducativo de la IETA de San José de Playón ubicado en el corregimiento de San
José de Playón, en Maríalabaja (Bolívar), mediante el diseño de unas estrategias que permitan la
transformación de la IETA en una institución educativa donde se refleje en todos sus ámbitos el
enfoque etnoeducativo y se denote en sus prácticas de aulas una educación con enfoque
diferencial, alejándose de la educación occidental que es la que se viene aplicando actualmente.
El proyecto contempló una metodología cualitativa, bajo el paradigma socio crítico,
utilizando como herramienta para la obtención de la información la observación y aplicación de
entrevistas semiestructurada, aplicadas a educadores de básica primaria y secundaria y educando
de la I.E.T.A de San José de Playón, la cual nos proporcionó la información requerida para la
formulación de la estrategia; dentro de sus principales hallazgos se encontraron aspectos tales
como el desconocimiento del proceso de la etnoeducación lo que los conllevó a fallas en la
elaboración de su Proyecto Educativo Institucional-PEI y de ahí la consecuencia de la no
implementación de una educación acorde a su enfoque diferencial, así como también se pudo
evidenciar que no existe trabajo colaborativo entre las diferentes organizaciones de base que
existen en la población, con la institución.
The research on the flexible differential education model is aimed at strengthening the ethno-educational process of the IETA of San José de Playón located in the district of San José de Playón, in Maríalabaja (Bolívar), by means of the design of strategies that later the transformation of the IETA in an educational institution where the ethno-educational approach is reflected in all its areas and an education with a differential approach is denoted in its classroom practices, moving away from Western education, which is the one that is currently being applied.
