Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el proceso de investigación y desarrollo que se llevó a cabo para el desarrollo de un Chatbot conversacional aplicado al aula extendida de la universidad Simón Bolívar de Barranquilla-Colombia teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría de los estudiantes que entran a la Universidad Simón Bolívar reciben una capacitación básica en el uso del Aula Extendida, la cual es de suma importancia para la presentación de diferentes actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo de cada uno de los cursos en desarrollo. Ante esto es difícil para algunos poder comprender en poco tiempo el uso de la plataforma por lo que pueden cometer errores que se pueden ver reflejados en el rendimiento académico.
Con todo lo anterior presentamos un proyecto de investigación el cual pretende ayudar a los estudiantes mediante la creación del Chatbot Conversacional llamado TELMA que pueda mediante el uso del lenguaje natural resolver las dudas que tengan del uso del sistema de gestión de aprendizaje de la plataforma Moodle que es la utilizada por la Universidad, de igual forma se hará un análisis de los mayores inconvenientes que se presentan en su uso diario por parte de los estudiantes mediante un proceso de investigación.
The objective of this article is to present the research and development process that was carried out for the development of a conversational chatbot applied to the extended classroom of the Simón Bolívar University of Barranquilla-Colombia, taking into account the majority of students who enter the Simón Bolívar University receive basic training in the use of the Extended Classroom, which is of utmost importance for the presentation of different activities related to the development of each of the courses under development.
