In this research we are going to review the definitions of terms used in social discussions and topics related to sexuality that have been taboo for young people for a long time and who are in the university stage. We will analyze the perceptions of young people related to the fields of women's leadership and female empowerment in the labor, social and university context. On the one hand, María Amparo Calabuig Puig (2019) in her work raises a debate carried out at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, considering said project from the values of effective equality between women and men. And it is that the University is presented as a privileged sphere from which we must project the values of empowerment in equal conditions to the rest of society. On the other hand, in the research “young people in the university environment. A study about the students of the Universidad Católica Silva Henríquez Analyzes were made about the perceptions and university experiences around situations of discrimination, exclusion, and material or symbolic gender violence. In these stories, experiences where people interact in university life are identified. Rodríguez (2018) Finally, we found in the research "Approaches to sex education in Costa Rican public universities" an exploratory study whose objectives are to describe the interventions in sex education carried out by Costa Rican state universities. Existing initiatives and various related aspects are analyzed. Fernández (2016) In conclusion, we see how the campaign that seeks to achieve a state of gender equality prevails, reducing and eliminating the discrimination that still exists in society, this can be reflected with the different manifestations of female empowerment that arise from the university context and the different movements that have led to female leadership and empowerment today. Finally, we see that sexual education is also worked within the university context, since it is seen as a reality that young university students face and that directly affects their integral growth.
