Resumen
Esta Investigación da a conocer la situación económica nacional e internacional realizada bajo el enfoque de una problemática mundial en el comercio, denominada crisis de contenedores la cual se dio en 2019 con la llegada de la pandemia covid-19; en consecuencia, se originó el cierre de fronteras a nivel mundial para evitar la propagación de dicho virus por medios físicos, que dio lugar al cierre de las actividades logístico portuarias en diferentes puertos alrededor del mundo ocasionando la perdida y deterioro de contenedores, así mismo quedaron a la deriva muchos de estos ya que no pudieron regresar a su puerto de destino y desató un desbalance en el coste de los precios en actividades marítimas afectando directamente los precios de los productos en los mercados internacionales alterando la economía mundial, no obstante la mercancía que se encontraba dentro de estos contenedores también se vio afectada en los últimos dos años ya que esto ocasionó escasez de dichos productos en el mercado muchos de estos fueron medicamentos. Desde que se dio inicio en el año 2019 la pandemia afectó fuertemente la economía mundial dicha afectación impacto directamente a la población mundial, la actual crisis de contenedores trajo consigo cierre de puertos y fábricas, escasez de materias primas y bienes de consumo, saturación de puertos, aumento en los tiempos de recepción de la mercadería; entre otros. Siendo la crisis del contenedor, entendida como la escasez de espacio disponible para transportar los productos y los incrementos desorbitados en el costo del transporte marítimo, esto conlleva un impacto negativo tanto del comerciante e industrias como para el comprador final en este.
This research reveals the national and international economic situation carried out under the focus of a global problem in trade, called container crisis which occurred in 2019 with the arrival of the covid-pandemic19; as a result, borders were closed worldwide to prevent the spread of the virus by physical means, which led to the closure of port logistics activities in different ports around the world causing the loss and deterioration of containers, Also many of these remained adrift since they could not return to their port of destination and unleashed an imbalance in the cost of prices in maritime activities directly affecting the prices of products in international markets altering the economy world, However the merchandise inside these containers was also affected in the last two years as this caused shortages of such products in the market many of these were medicines. Since the beginning of the year 2019 the pandemic strongly affected the world economy such impact impact directly on the world population, the current container crisis brought closure of ports and factories, shortage of raw materials and consumer goods, saturation of ports, increase in the times of receipt of the goods; among others. Being the crisis of the container, understood as the scarcity of available space to transport the products and the exorbitant increases in the cost of maritime transport, this entails a negative impact both the merchant and industries and the final buyer.
