Resumen
En los bancos está ocurriendo un fenómeno de la TEORIA DE COLAS que son las colas con mucha
espera, estas se forman debido a un desequilibrio temporal entre la demanda del servicio y la capacidad
del sistema para suministrarlo, Esta situación que está ocurriendo desde diciembre del año 2021, con las
largas filas y tiempo de espera para que lo atiendan, da a reflexionar que están dando un mal servicio ya
que cuando la paciencia llega a su límite, la gente se va a otro lugar. Sin embargo, un servicio muy rápido
tendría un costo muy elevado. Es necesario encontrar un balance adecuado de Costo/Beneficio. Este
balance se buscará por medio de toma de datos en la sucursal de un Banco de Barranquilla, para saber
que está ocurriendo y cómo podemos mejorarlo por medio del costo

This balance will be sought through data collection in the branch of a bank in Barranquilla, to know what is happening and how we can improve it through the cost.
