Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral en contextos productivos del Caribe colombiano: una mirada desde distintos sectores económicos

Resumen
Objetivo: Describir las percepciones de los trabajadores de distintos sectores
económicos del Caribe colombiano respecto al clima organizacional y la satisfacción
laboral en sus entornos laborales.
Materiales y métodos: Este estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo y se clasificó
como una investigación descriptiva de corte transversal, diseñada para evaluar las
percepciones y condiciones actuales en un momento específico. La recolección de
datos se llevó a cabo mediante la plataforma digital Microsoft Forms, lo que facilitó
la aplicación remota y eficiente de los cuestionarios a los participantes.
Se utilizó una muestra intencional de 63 colaboradores, seleccionados bajo criterios
de inclusión que aseguraron su vinculación activa con la organización y
disponibilidad para participar voluntariamente. Para la evaluación del clima
organizacional, se emplearon cuestionarios basados en la norma ISO 9001:2015,
adaptados al contexto organizacional, y el instrumento S20/23, reconocido
internacionalmente por su validez y confiabilidad para medir la satisfacción laboral.
Las variables analizadas dentro del clima organizacional incluyeron: estructura
organizacional, comunicación interna, capacitación y desarrollo profesional, trabajo
en equipo, ambiente físico y cultural, identidad corporativa, liderazgo, dirección
estratégica y mejora continua, gestión por procesos, actualización normativa,
gobierno electrónico y las contribuciones de los colaboradores.
El procesamiento y análisis de los datos se realizaron utilizando el lenguaje de
programación Python. Para la manipulación y organización de la información se
emplearon las bibliotecas Pandas y NumPy, mientras que la visualización
estadística se desarrolló con Seaborn, permitiendo generar gráficos claros y
detallados para interpretar tendencias y distribuciones. Se aplicaron análisis
descriptivos, incluyendo frecuencias, porcentajes y medidas de tendencia central,
con el fin de obtener una comprensión integral de las variables estudiadas.

A purposive sample of 63 employees was selected based on inclusion criteria ensuring their active affiliation with the organization and voluntary participation. To evaluate the organizational climate, questionnaires based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, adapted to the organizational context, and the internationally validated S20/23 instrument for measuring job satisfaction were employed. The organizational climate variables analyzed included: organizational structure, internal communication, training and professional development, teamwork, physical and cultural environment, corporate identity, leadership, strategic direction and continuous improvement, process management, regulatory updates, e-governance, and employee contributions. Data processing and analysis were performed using the Python programming language. The Pandas and NumPy libraries were used for data manipulation and organization, while Seaborn was utilized for statistical visualization, enabling the generation of clear and detailed graphs to interpret trends and distributions. Descriptive analyses including frequencies, percentages, and measures of central tendency were applied to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the studied variables.
