Resumen
En todos los entornos productivos es necesario contar con espacios de trabajo definidos con distribuciones eficientes que permitan desarrollar las actividades productivas (transformaciones de materias primas) de una manera funcional en términos de costos, tiempo y satisfacción del cliente. Las empresas productivas se caracterizan por contar con espacios de trabajo aptos para el cumplimiento de estándares y requisitos que permitan el desarrollo de sus actividades, lo cual se ve reflejado en ahorros en costos, mejores mecanismos de trabajo, mejor calidad de sus productos y altas demandas.
La empresa CreArte S.A.S, actualmente no cuenta con una eficiencia operativa que le permita ser una empresa altamente productiva, ya que no cuenta con un área de trabajo definida para la ejecución de sus actividades en sus líneas productivas, reflejando muy poca organización en la forma en como elaboran los productos, ya que actualmente el área donde se desarrollan las actividades cuenta con espacios dispersos, separados los unos de los otros sin mantener una relación entre ellos y adicional a ello una ausencia notoria de un flujo de trabajo estandarizado; lo anteriormente mencionado permitió dar paso al desarrollo del presente proyecto que ofrece una propuesta de diseño del área de producción para la línea de pintado y resinado en la empresa , con la finalidad de optimizar los espacios físicos de trabajo, influyendo así en la interacción del personal operativo que permite el aumento en la eficiencia productiva, la comunicación asertiva en las etapas del proceso y la estandarización en técnicas y tiempos de trabajo , aplicando como metodología de trabajo para el desarrollo del presente proyecto en su etapa de
planificación, se aplicará la metodología PMI, esta metodología abarca todos los
procesos realizados para establecer el alcance total del proyecto, definir los
objetivos desarrollando tareas, asignando recursos, estableciendo presupuestos y
cronogramas como líneas de acción requeridas para alcanzar dichos objetivos;
estos métodos, herramientas y técnicas utilizadas tendrán como finalidad minimizar
el riesgo que interfieren en cumplimiento del alcance del proyecto.
El proyecto propuesta de diseño del área de producción de pintado y resinado en
cerámica de la empresa CreArte S.A.S , se desarrollara en un plazo de 25 días ,
con una estimación de costos de $ 5.672.600 de los cuales se contemplan la
contratación de servicios de profesionales ,y la adquisición de materiales de trabajo
(equipos de cómputo y papelería ), tomando el estudio previo del proceso productivo
actual de la empresa como requisito base para la adecuación del área propuesta ,
detallando entregavbles como un flujograma del proceso productivo, planos de
adecuación y Diagramas de distribución de etapas porductivas en el área propuesta.

un análisis exhaustivo de los requerimientos específicos de la empresa, combinado
con las mejores prácticas de la industria. Este diseño garantiza un flujo de trabajo
eficiente, optimiza el uso del espacio y brinda flexibilidad para adaptarse a futuros
cambios. Con esta propuesta, CreArte S.A.S. estará en una posición favorable para
alcanzar la excelencia en sus procesos de producción y mantenerse competitiva en
el mercado.

The company CreArte S.A.S, currently does not have an operational efficiency that allows it to be a highly productive company, since it does not have a defined work area for the execution of its activities in its production lines, reflecting very little organization in the way it how they make the products, since currently the area where the activities are carried out has dispersed spaces, separated from each other without maintaining a relationship between them and in addition to this, a noticeable absence of a standardized work flow; The aforementioned allowed the development of this project that offers a design proposal for the production area for the painting and resin coating line in the company, with the purpose of optimizing the physical work spaces, thus influencing the interaction of the personnel. operational that allows the increase in productive efficiency, assertive communication in the stages of the process and standardization in techniques and work times, applying as a work methodology for the development of this project in its planning stage, the PMI methodology will be applied , this methodology covers all the processes carried out to establish the total scope of the project, define the objectives by developing tasks, assigning resources, establishing budgets and schedules as lines of action required to achieve said objectives, these methods, tools and techniques used will have the purpose of minimizing the risk that interferes with the fulfillment of the scope of the project.
