The theme "decent work" includes human development in working life, in which the opportunities to access productive employment are represented, with guarantees that allow the worker to offer his labor force in exchange for fair income, which leads him to improve his quality of life and that of his family, it is to enjoy security and tranquility where he carries out his work, providing him with the support system for social protection, where the individual can express his ideas freely, with equal opportunities and have his rights respected, to be treated with dignity as a person. Decent work is then defined as work in which four essential elements converge, such as: employment, social protection, workers' rights and social dialogue that seeks to protect the formal and informal worker within an employment relationship. The right to decent work is a right that concerns us all because it is national and international. Colombia is an active part of these international organizations, which seek the creation and implementation of treaties, conventions, declarations, pacts and standards to provide, protect and guarantee the rights of workers in the world.
