Resumen
La adolescencia es una etapa del ser humano en donde se presentan cambios físicos, emocionales y sociales, de la misma forma en este periodo se encuentran expuestos a diversos factores de riesgo que pueden ser desencadenes de afectaciones a nivel mental, por lo que bajo ese proyecto de intervención social se buscó promover herramientas psicosociales para el fortalecimiento de la salud mental en adolescentes establecidas en el internado del Proceso Administrativo de Restablecimiento de Derechos (PARD) vida en calle, Cúcuta- Norte de Santander; el cual conto con la participación de 10 beneficiarias en edades de 14 a 18 años, población en la que se refleja mayor vulnerabilidad e identificada como principal foco de atención psicosocial donde predomina problemáticas como: violencia intrafamiliar, consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, vida en calle, entre otras, por lo que se requiere un acompañamiento y orientación completo focalizado hacia una estrategia de intervención social, por lo anterior el estudio se basó en el accionar a partir del Modelo Humanista, dicho modelo según el autor Duque (2013) “busca el desarrollo personal y el activar las capacidades individuales para hacer uso de
recursos con el fin de cambiar las situaciones que perturban la dinámica cotidiana mediante el reconocimiento de la autonomía responsable, a partir del comprenderse
a sí mismos y la forma como se sitúan en el mundo” (p. 99). De acuerdo con lo plasmado por el autor, se generó espacios permitieron incentivar el autorreconocimiento de sus capacidades y aptitudes y así mismo el compromiso hacia la práctica en acciones propias que orientadas hacia el crecimiento personal, social y familiar, desarrolladas mediante la implementación de técnicas rompe hielo o de animación, dinámica de análisis y profundización y finalmente técnica evaluativa y de cierre. Con respecto a lo mencionado se abordó bajo las categorías
de control emocional que tuvo como finalidad incentivar la búsqueda de la conciencia emocional del sentir, reflexionar y actuar fundamentado en el hecho de ser responsables y actores de nuestras propias emociones. Por otra parte, la categoría del cuidado de la vida tuvo como objetivo fomentar habilidades para la vida por medio de estrategias participativas que permitieron el autorreconocimiento de sus capacidades y aptitudes, de esta manera durante el trabajo elaborado se logró reconocer la participación, liderazgo y compromiso que cada participante asumió en los encuentros en donde se exploró por medio de técnicas humanistas el rol que desempeñan en su vida por medio de espacios exploratorios de escucha activa en el que se compartieron ideas, pensamientos y sentimientos de manera libre y respetuosa, donde se evidenciaron comportamientos resilientes y empáticos en el equipo de trabajo, esta intervención fue pertinente ya que se resalta el valor del trabajo desde campo profesional, elaborado a partir del modelo en mención el cual hace participe a la población de su propio cambio y en donde su rol se encuentra al mismo nivel del participante, además la importancia del papel profesional como un actor facilitador para el proceso de cambio social, por lo anterior se considera importante el abordaje de dichas problemáticas mencionadas anteriormente encaminadas hacia la promoción de la salud mental y prevención de trastornos mentales.
Adolescence is a stage of the human being where physical, emotional and social changes occur, in the same way in this period they are exposed to various risk factors that can be triggers of affectations at the mental level, so under this project of social intervention sought to promote psychosocial tools to strengthen mental health in adolescents established in the boarding school of the Administrative Process for the Restoration of Rights (PARD) street life, Cúcuta-Norte de Santander; which had the participation of 10 beneficiaries between the ages of 14 and 18, a population in which the greatest vulnerability is reflected and identified as the main focus of psychosocial attention where problems such as: intrafamily violence, consumption of psychoactive substances, life on the street, predominate. among others, for which a complete accompaniment and orientation is required focused on a social intervention strategy, for this reason the study was based on actions based on the Humanist Model, said model according to the author Duque (2013) "seeks the development and activating individual capacities to make use of resources in order to change situations that disturb daily dynamics through the recognition of responsible autonomy, based on understanding themselves and the way they are situated in the world” ( p.99). According to what the author expressed, spaces were generated that allowed to encourage self-recognition of their abilities and aptitudes and likewise the commitment to practice their own actions that are oriented towards personal, social and family growth, developed through the implementation of breaking techniques. ice or animation, analysis and deepening dynamics and finally evaluative and closing technique. With respect to the aforementioned, it was addressed under the categories of emotional control that had the purpose of encouraging the search for emotional awareness of feeling, reflecting and acting based on the fact of being responsible and actors of our own emotions. On the other hand, the category of life care had the objective of promoting life skills through participatory strategies that allowed the self-recognition of their capacities and aptitudes, in this way during the elaborated work it was possible to recognize participation, leadership and commitment. that each participant assumed in the meetings where the role they play in their lives was explored through humanist techniques through exploratory spaces of active listening in which ideas, thoughts and feelings were shared freely and respectfully, where they were evidenced resilient and empathic behaviors in the work team, this intervention was pertinent since the value of work from the professional field is highlighted, elaborated from the model in question, which involves the population in its own change and where its role is is at the same level as the participant, in addition to the importance of the professional role as an ac As a facilitator for the process of social change, for this reason it is considered important to address the aforementioned problems aimed at promoting mental health and preventing mental disorders.
