Resumen
Este proyecto se desarrolla como una propuesta encaminada a mejorar las condiciones culturales del municipio de San Jacinto, ubicado departamento de Bolívar, planteando la propuesta del Diseño Arquitectónico de un centro cultural comunitario cerca de la zona central del municipio (entre la carrera 42 y calle 20); como generador de espacios que servirán como herramienta para potencializar el desarrollo cultural del municipio.
Para ello, se implementó una metodóloga de marco Lógico, Mediante la cual primeramente use hizo identificación del problema, que nos dio como resultado un diagnóstico más detallado de la situación; para posteriormente pasar a etapa de diseño de la propuesta arquitectónico tomado en cuenta todo lo que se concluyó en la etapa anterior. Todo esto siguiendo las herramientas y estrategias sugeridas en PMBOK para la correcta estructuración del proyecto.
