Resumen
El objetivo del proyecto fue determinar la relación que tienen los componentes del proceso
de EB en organizaciones industriales. El enfoque fue cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo.
Los resultados muestran que las empresas se ven fortalecidas en su ambiente laboral,
principalmente en el marketing externa. Concluyéndose que la competencia ha llevado a las
empresas a implementar estrategias para retener el talento.
The objective of the project was to determine the relationship between the components of the EB process in industrial organizations. The approach was quantitative with a descriptive scope. The results show that companies are strengthened in their work environment, mainly in external marketing. Concluding that competition has led companies to implement strategies to retain talent.
