Resumen
En el desarrollo de esta tesis, se llevó a cabo un análisis exhaustivo sobre el perfil
emprendedor y la disposición hacia el emprendimiento social en adolescentes de
instituciones educativas públicas del Departamento del Atlántico, Colombia, en el contexto
del problema planteado, se abordó la cuestión de la relación existente entre el perfil
emprendedor de estos adolescentes y su predisposición hacia el emprendimiento social.Para
llevar a cabo la investigación, se aplicó una metodología de carácter descriptivo y
correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo, esto implicó la administración de un cuestionario
a 408 adolescentes, lo que representó el 95% de confianza y un margen de error del 5% en
relación con la población total de adolescentes de 13 a 20 años en la región.Como resultado
de este estudio, se evidenció una relación significativa entre el perfil emprendedor de los
adolescentes y su disposición hacia el emprendimiento social, se identificaron rasgos y
habilidades emprendedoras cruciales, tales como la autonomía, la disposición a asumir
riesgos, la responsabilidad y la creatividad, que influyen en su propensión a abrazar la
innovación con un propósito social, de igual forma, se propuso una ruta de emprendimiento
social que atiende los desafíos descubiertos en el estudio, proporcionando una guía
estructurada para la ejecución de proyectos.En cuanto a las conclusiones obtenidas, se
subraya la importancia de cultivar habilidades emprendedoras desde una edad temprana,
además, se destaca el papel crucial de factores socioculturales, como las influencias
familiares, los contextos escolares y las relaciones con la comunidad, en el desarrollo de
emprendedores sociales.
In the development of this thesis, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the entrepreneurial profile and the disposition towards social entrepreneurship among adolescents in public educational institutions in the Department of Atlántico, Colombia. In the context of the stated problem, the question of the relationship between the entrepreneurial profile of these adolescents and their predisposition towards social entrepreneurship was addressed.To carry out the research, a descriptive and correlational methodology with a quantitative approach was employed. This involved administering a questionnaire to 408 adolescents, representing a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error relative to the total population of adolescents aged 13 to 20 in the region.As a result of this study, a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial profile of adolescents and their disposition towards social entrepreneurship was evident. Crucial entrepreneurial traits and skills were identified, such as autonomy, a willingness to take risks, responsibility, and creativity, which influence their propensity to embrace innovation with a social purpose. Likewise, a social entrepreneurship pathway was proposed to address the challenges uncovered in the study, providing a structured guide for project execution.Regarding the conclusions drawn, the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial skills from an early age is emphasized. Furthermore, the crucial role of sociocultural factors, such as family influences, school contexts, and community relationships, in the development of social entrepreneurs is highlighted.
