Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación analizó los factores de bienestar laboral que inciden en el desempeño de los colaboradores de una empresa en la ciudad de Barranquilla. El bienestar laboral interviene de forma significativa en el desempeño de los colaboradores. Cuando los empleados se sienten cómodos y satisfechos con su contexto laboral, su estado de ánimo, motivación y productividad tienden a mejorar. Por lo tanto, el bienestar laboral hace referencia a la implementación de políticas, programas y prácticas que sostienen como objetivo la mejora de la calidad de vida de los empleados. Para llevar a cabo el análisis se escogió la metodología de investigación de corte cuantitativo, aplicando el método deductivo y utilizando como instrumento la encuesta que ofrece una información más amplia. Como resultado, se puede evidenciar que los colaboradores no sienten que sus directivos velen por su bienestar, aumentando la percepción de un trabajo que no llene sus expectativas personales o profesionales, así como también hay inconformidad por las decisiones tomadas por la compañía. Por lo que se deben dar oportunidades para crear los resultados deseados. Entonces, se concluye que el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa, se está viendo afectado por los diversos
factores del bienestar laboral, los colaboradores no sienten que su trabajo sea reconocido o valorado, además de no tener cierta autonomía dentro de la misma, por otro lado, debido a las exigencias se puede evidenciar que los colaboradores requieren un gran esfuerzo mental, disminuyendo los niveles de satisfacción dentro de la empresa.
The present research work analyzed the work well-being factors that affect the performance of the employees of a company in the city of Barranquilla. Workplace well-being intervenes significantly in the performance of employees. When employees feel comfortable and satisfied with their work context, their mood, motivation, and productivity tend to improve. Therefore, workplace well-being refers to the implementation of policies, programs and practices that aim to improve the quality of life of employees. To carry out the analysis, the quantitative research methodology was chosen, applying the deductive method and using the survey as an instrument that offers broader information. As a result, it can be seen that employees do not feel that their managers look after their well-being, increasing the perception of a job that does not meet their personal or professional expectations, as well as dissatisfaction with the decisions made by the company. So opportunities must be given to create the desired results. So, it is concluded that the work performance of the company's collaborators is being affected by the various factors of labor well-being, the collaborators do not feel that their work is recognized or valued, in addition to not having certain autonomy within it, On the other hand, due to the demands, it can be seen that employees require great mental effort, decreasing satisfaction levels within the company.
