Resumen
Las variables de comunicación interna y clima organizacional han sido abordadas en los contextos local, regional, nacional e internacional e incluso es posible encontrar en la revisión investigaciones que llegan a reconocer la relación existente entre ambas. En Colombia, se encuentran investigaciones como la desarrollada por Valenzuela (2018) sobre el clima organizacional y las realizadas por Muelle y Zapata (2011) y por Pineda (2020) sobre comunicación interna y comunicación organizacional respectivamente. Se identifican además estudios regionales acerca de las variables de este proyecto de investigación como el realizado por Daza, Beltrán y Silva (2021) sobre el clima
organizacional y el llevado a cabo por Rodríguez, Solano, Patiño y Chavarro (2017) enfocado en las estrategias comunicativas internas.
The variables of internal communication and organizational climate have been addressed in local, regional, national and international contexts and it is even possible to find in the review research that comes to recognize the relationship between both. In Colombia, there is research such as that developed by Valenzuela (2018) on organizational climate and those conducted by Muelle and Zapata (2011) and Pineda (2020) on internal communication and organizational communication respectively. Regional studies about the variables of this research project are also identified, such as the one conducted by Daza, Beltrán and Silva (2021) on organizational climate and the one conducted by Rodríguez, Solano, Patiño and Chavarro (2017) focused on internal communication strategies.
