| dc.description.abstract | Las víctimas de Sitio nuevo están en espera de la indemnización que le corresponde, pocos han sido los beneficiados, en cierto que el dinero no acabara con el dolor que hay en cada una de estas víctimas “el Estado intenta indemnizar los daños ocasionados a las víctimas, sin tener en cuenta que el dolor de un sujeto por la pérdida de su objeto amado no se repara con dinero, aún por encima de la ley que lo legitimista como lo dice” (salgado, universidad cooperativa de Colombia, 2011). pero merecen una reparación económica debido a los daños que les trajo este conflicto armado. Muy pocos han sido indemnizados, ya que primero ha sido prioridad la población vulnerable, cosa que al parecer no es tan cierta, al investigar un poco hablando con personas víctimas de Sitio nuevo, ancianos entre otras cosas, ese protocolo no se ha llevado a cabo entre la población más vulnerables entran los ancianos y la mayoría de los adultos mayores aún no han recibido respuesta de la unidad de víctima, aún están esperando sentencia. Objetivo: Demostrar la importancia del proceso de indemnización y reparación de las víctimas, como deber del estado. establecer un conjunto de medidas judiciales, administrativas, sociales y económicas, individuales y colectivas que beneficien a las víctimas del conflicto armado, en un marco de justicia transicional, que posibiliten hacer efectivo el goce de sus derechos a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación con garantía de no repetición. | spa |
