Addressing the economic autonomy of women through entrepreneurship must begin by recognizing the transcendence and significance of the female gender, but also evaluate the complexities derived from economic, political and patriarchal conditions. In this sense, the objective of the research was: Analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurship for the generation of economic autonomy of the members of the Women's Association linked to Macondolab. In this sense, the characterization of the profile of the female entrepreneur was guided, as well as the identification of internal and external factors that condition the development of the economic autonomy of women, to finally design the entrepreneurship route that facilitates the reach and access of the economic autonomy in women. Indeed, methodologically, the research assumes the hermeneutic interpretive study paradigm, to understand the way to consolidate economic autonomy, starting from entrepreneurship as the basis of its social construction and personal growth. In correspondence with the research approach, it was framed in a Qualitative study, in order to achieve recognition of the nature of the qualities and factors that influence entrepreneurship for the generation of economic autonomy of women. Regarding the research design, the starting point is to recognize the characteristics of the problem, as well as the various objectives set, corresponding to the ethnographic method. The Center for Business Growth and Innovation, Macondolab, was assumed as the setting, which emerged with the initiative of the Simón Bolívar University as an opportunity to open spaces for the integration.
