Resumen
El presente estudio se realizó con el propósito de proponer estrategias para fomentar la cultura de emprendimiento e innovación en los estudiantes de educación media en colegios públicos en la ciudad San José de Cúcuta, del departamento Norte de Santander, Colombia. Se enmarca en la línea de Innovación Educativa, se abordará teóricamente bajo las premisas conceptuales de Manual de Oslo (2018), Baustista (2017), Zambrano Espitia y Hernández (2016), Castillo (2015), De Bono (2014), Hidalgo (2014), entre otros. La investigación se fundamentó bajo el paradigma positivista de finalidad básica, con tipo descriptivo con diseño de campo, no experimental, transeccional; la población estará compuesta por los colegios públicos adscritas en el directorio de la Alcaldía de Cúcuta. Para la recolección de información, se aplicó la encuesta, bajo un instrumento versionado denominado ECEI-Suarez2021, dirigido a directores, docentes y alumnos con escala Likert, sometido a la validez de contenido a través del juicio de 3 expertos, y se mido la confiabilidad a través del coeficiente alfa cronbach obteniendo un valor (0.90). El procesamiento de los datos se diseñó una matriz en la cual se asentarán los datos proporcionados por los encuestados. En este sentido, como resultado de la investigación se establecieron acciones teórico-prácticas para el fortalecimiento de la cultura de emprendimiento como forma de aplicar la innovación en las realidades socioculturales, actividades curriculares que condesciendan a la construcción de habilidades como la crítica, la autocrítica, conllevando a la transferencia y contratransferencia del saber, los colegios debería ser asumida la ludificación cómo posibilidad didáctica para estimular del pensamiento divergente, gestionando la sinergia de los actores con sus intereses e ideas de negocio. Finalmente se recomienda divulgar los resultados de la presente investigación en las instituciones educativas objeto de estudio con el fin de que puedan ser aplicados los correctivos necesarios a las debilidades encontradas y reforzar fortalezas, de manera que se optimice el proceso de creación e incubación de empresas
The present study was designed with the purpose of proposing strategies to promote the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in high school students in public schools in the city of San José de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, Colombia. It is framed in the line of Educational Innovation, it will be approached theoretically under the conceptual premises of Manual de Oslo (2018), Baustista (2017), Zambrano Espitia and Hernández (2016), Castillo (2015), De Bono (2014), Hidalgo ( 2014), among others. The research was based on the positivist paradigm of basic purpose, with descriptive type with field design, non-experimental, transectional; the population will be made up of the public schools attached to the Cúcuta Mayor's Office directory. To collect information, the survey was applied, under a versioned instrument called ECEI-Suarez2021, aimed at principals, teachers and students with a Likert scale, subjected to content validity through the judgment of 3 experts, and reliability was measured through the alpha cronbach coefficient obtaining a value (0.90). For data processing, a matrix was designed in which the data provided by the respondents will be based. In this sense, as a result of the research, theoretical-practical actions were established to strengthen the culture of entrepreneurship as a way to apply innovation in sociocultural realities, curricular activities that condescend to the construction of skills such as criticism, self-criticism, leading to the transfer and countertransference of knowledge, schools should assume gamification as a didactic possibility to stimulate divergent thinking, managing the synergy of the actors with their interests and business ideas. Finally, it is recommended to disclose the results of this research in the educational institutions under study so that the necessary corrections can be applied to the weaknesses found and reinforce strengths, so that the process of creation and incubation of companies is optimized.
