Resumen
En este documento se describe el desarrollo acerca del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la empresa QUESERIA Y LACTEOS SAN JOAQUIN. el cual se aplican y se detallan los pasos a seguir y la importancia de la implementación del SG-SST, como también se realizan las evaluaciones óptimas para examinar y brindar acciones correctivas de los posibles sucesos que a la organización y trabajadores puedan afectar. En donde se mostrará las guías especificas tales como matriz gtc 45, indicadores de inspección, evaluación de los estándares mínimos del SG-SST y el plan de emergencia, con la finalidad de guardar la seguridad y salud al empleado de la organización.
Se enfoca en la implementación de un diseño de sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la organización con el fin de gestionar los riesgos laborales que padezca en las actividades que la organización realiza, para ello, se tuvieron en cuenta varias características fundamentales, como también se resume que los sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo aplicándolo a todos los empleadores públicos y privados como de igual forma a los trabajadores dependientes e independientes, esta consiste que en el desarrollo de un proceso lógico y de etapas basado en la mejora continua como también al mismo tiempo esta incluye política, planificación, aplicación, auditoria y acciones para mejorar, reconocer, evaluar y controlar los riesgos que estén en los espacios laborales. que se dicta en el decreto 1072 del 2015 que se reglamenta actualmente en Colombia se llevan ciertas obligaciones que
abarca a la comunicación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo que se debe realizar por cada organización.
This document describes the development of the design of the occupational health and safety management system for the company queseria y lácteos san joaquin which are applied and detailed the steps to follow and the importance of the implementation of the SG-SST, as well as the optimal evaluations to examine and provide corrective actions for possible events that may affect the organization and workers. Where the specific guides such as the gtc 45 matrix, inspection indicators, evaluation of the minimum standards of the SG-SST and the emergency plan will be shown, in order to keep the safety and health of the organization's employee. It focuses on the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system design for the organization in order to manage the occupational risks suffered in the activities carried out by the organization, for this, several fundamental characteristics were taken into account , as it is also summarized that the occupational health and safety management systems applying it to all public and private employers as well as to dependent and independent workers, 2 this consists in the development of a logical process and stages based on in continuous improvement as well as at the same time this includes policy, planning, application, audit and actions to improve, recognize, evaluate and control the risks that are in the workplace. According to what is dictated in Decree 1072 of 2015 that is currently regulated in Colombia, certain obligations are carried out that include the communication of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System that must be carried out by each organization.
