Resumen
Aunque las empresas llevan trabajando con personas desde que existen, la gestión del talento como tal surge en las empresas en los años 90. Así que el término fue acuñado por David Watkins de Softscape para describir el proceso que siguen las empresas para atraer y retener empleados productivos. En esta época se produjo un auge de los recursos humanos, ya que muchos se preparaban para ser expertos en esta área porque se empezaba a valorar mucho más a los colaboradores y se quería buscar una forma de comprometer a los empleados y obtener un mayor rendimiento. Asimismo, las compañías que han puesto la gestión del talento en práctica lo han hecho para solucionar el problema de la retención de empleado. En la actualidad, la gestión de talento se sigue utilizando en empresas que son capaces de reconocer que lo que impulsa su éxito empresarial es el talento y las habilidades de sus trabajadores. Y sobre todo ante la inmensa dificultad de encontrar el talento adecuado al puesto de trabajo vacante, que busca algo más que un mero salario. El Objetivo general del presente artículo es la de Describir r la gestión del talento humano en Cardio Live IPS SAS del Distrito, Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha. La importancia sobre la presente investigación se justifica porque servirá de herramienta para la toma de decisiones a la gerencia del talento humano de Cardio Live I. Así es, desde el punto de vista social, por ser conveniente la utilidad de sus resultados para la solución de los problemas laborales presentados por los trabajadores en la empresa de Cardio Live I. Esta investigación desde la perspectiva teórica facilita el análisis de las teorías referidas al reclutamiento y selección proactiva al establecer y reformular enfoques conceptuales, dentro de los cuales su aporte holístico contribuirá a indicar perspectivas hacia una mayor efectividad en sus actividades gerenciales. De igual manera, la investigación logra alimentar los datos, exponer los procedimientos aplicados en relación con las actividades del talento humano dentro de la organización. La metodología que se utilizó en este artículo es el paradigma de investigación el hermenéutico histórico, con un el enfoque cualitativo, el método inductivo, el tipo de investigación descriptiva.

At this time there was a boom in human resources, as many were preparing to be experts in this area because employees were beginning to be valued much more and they wanted to find a way to engage employees and obtain greater performance. Likewise, companies that have put talent management into practice have done so to solve the problem of employee retention. Today, talent management continues to be used in companies that are able to recognize that what drives their business success is the talent and skills of their workers. And especially before the immense difficulty of finding the right talent for the vacant job, who is looking for something more than a mere salary. The general objective of this article is to describe the management of human talent in Cardio Live IPS SAS of the District, Tourist and Cultural of Riohacha. The importance of this research is justified because it will serve as a decision-making tool for the human talent management of Cardio Live I. Thus, from the social point of view, the usefulness of its results for the solution of the labor problems presented by the workers in the company of Cardio Live I. This investigation from the theoretical perspective facilitates the analysis of the theories referred to the recruitment and proactive selection by establishing and reformulating conceptual approaches, within which their holistic contribution will contribute to indicate perspectives towards greater effectiveness in their managerial activities. In the same way, the investigation manages to feed the data, expose the procedures applied in relation to the activities of human talent within the organization. The methodology used in this article is the historical hermeneutic research paradigm, with a qualitative approach, the inductive method, and the descriptive type of research.
