* Barzola, Barzola, Flores (2017) “Factores del clima laboral que influyen en el rendimiento de los trabajadores del sector público en el Ecuador”

Objetivo general
Determinar cómo influye la cultura organizacional en el clima laboral en la empresa Premium Caribbean Tours.
Método de estudio de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo.
Instrumento de estudio utilizado es el cuestionario constituido por 19 preguntas de tipo cerrado.
