Herramientas tecnológicas aplicadas en un sistema de producción agrícola destinado al cultivo inteligente de aguacate Hass en Colombia: una revisión bibliográfica

Resumen
Actualmente las exportaciones de aguacate Hass en Colombia han aumentado significativamente durante dos años
consecutivos. El diario argentino INFOBAE expone que Colombia pasó de exportar 32.775 toneladas de aguacate
Hass en 2018 a 77.075 toneladas en el 2019, representando un incremento del 135% en exportaciones [1]. Además,
en los últimos años la producción de aguacate creció un 34% como efecto combinado entre el aumento en el área
cosechada 29% y el rendimiento 5%. Lo anterior, generó el interés por estudiar las características tecnológicas del
sistema productivo de este cultivo agrícola, muchas veces olvidado y poco valorado. A lo largo de este trabajo se
realizaron una serie de investigaciones que han contribuido a minimizar la ignorancia referente al tema, por esta
razón, en esta investigación se expone cómo se aprovechó al máximo los conocimientos sobre los factores que
influyen directa e indirectamente en los cultivos de aguacate Hass, entre los tenemos: altitud, analfabetismo en los
agricultores, clima, conflicto armado en Colombia, entre otras.
Teniendo claro todas estas dificultades, procedimos a buscar referencias bibliográficas en los diferentes motores de
búsqueda (bases de datos públicas y suministradas por la universidad Simón Bolívar). Al haber efectuado la búsqueda
correspondiente acerca de herramientas tecnológicas, continuamos con la selección de las herramientas adecuadas
que poseen las capacidades necesarias para convertir al territorio colombiano en el mayor productor de aguacate
Hass. Cabe resaltar que, este proyecto investigativo servirá como base para investigaciones enfocadas a sistemas de
producción agrícola aplicado a cultivo de aguacate Hass o cualquier otro cultivo.
Currently the exports of Hass avocado in Colombia have increased significantly for two consecutive years, the Argentine newspaper INFOBAE exposes that Colombia went from exporting 32,775 tons of Hass avocado in 2018 to 77,075 tons in 2019, representing an increase of 135% in exports, in addition, in recent years avocado production grew by 34% as a combined effect between the increase in the harvested area 29% and the yield 5%. This generated interest in studying the technological characteristics of the productive system of this agricultural crop often forgotten and undervalued. Throughout this work a series of investigations have been carried out that have helped and minimized ignorance referring to this topic, for this reason, in this research it has been exposed how the knowledge about the factors that directly and indirectly influence Hass avocado crops was used to the maximum, among which we have: altitude, illiteracy in farmers, climate, armed conflict in Colombia, among others. Having clear all these difficulties, we have proceeded to search for bibliographic references in the different search engines (public databases and provided by the Simón Bolívar University). Having carried out the corresponding search about technological tools, the selection of the appropriate tools that have the necessary capabilities to turn the Colombian territory into the largest producer of Hass avocado has continued. It should be noted that this research project will serve as a basis for research focused on management systems applied to the cultivation of Hass avocado or any other crop.
