Resumen
El trabajo presentado corresponde a una investigación sobre las consecuencias generadas por la crisis sanitaria y la disminución de contenedores en las operaciones de comercio internacional de dos empresas del sector comercial en Barranquilla, donde se identificación las propuestas que les permitió obtener una ventaja competitiva.
En cuanto a la teoría en la que se sustentó, se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y se realizó una revisión documental y de estudio de casos de las dos empresas en cuestión. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental transversal de tipo descriptivo para investigar las consecuencias generadas por la crisis sanitaria y la disminución de contenedores en las operaciones de comercio internacional en el 2020.
La metodología aplicada en el desarrollo fue posible mediante el apoyo de artículos de científicos y trabajos de investigación que corresponden a fuentes secundarias, como PROQUEST, SCOPUS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR lo que facilitó la recolección de datos y el análisis de estos.
Además, se realizó una entrevista a profundidad a los gerentes de las dos empresas del sector comercial de Barranquilla como fuente primaria de información.
Los objetivos específicos de la investigación fueron identificar las afectaciones generadas por la crisis sanitaria y la disminución de contenedores en las operaciones del comercio internacional de dos empresas del sector comercial en Barranquilla, contrastar la información del antes, del durante y posterior a la crisis sanitaria y a la disminución de contenedores de dos empresas del sector comercial en Barranquilla, proponer estrategias que conduzcan al restablecimiento de las operaciones de dos empresas del sector comercial en Barranquilla.
The work presented corresponds to an investigation into the consequences generated by the health crisis and the decrease in containers in the international trade operations of two companies in the commercial sector in Barranquilla, where the proposals that allowed them to obtain a competitive advantage were identified. Regarding the theory on which it was based, a qualitative approach was used and a documentary and case study review of the two companies in question was carried out. A descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental design was used to investigate the consequences generated by the health crisis and the decrease in containers in international trade operations in 2020. The methodology applied in the development was possible through the support of scientific articles and research papers that correspond to secondary sources, such as PROQUEST, SCOPUS, and GOOGLE SCHOLAR, which facilitated data collection and analysis. In addition, an in-depth interview was conducted with the managers of the two companies in the commercial sector of Barranquilla as a primary source of information. The specific objectives of the research were to identify the effects generated by the health crisis and the decrease in containers in the international trade operations of two companies in the commercial sector in Barranquilla, to compare the information from before, during and after the health crisis and to the decrease in containers of two companies in the commercial sector in Barranquilla, propose strategies that lead to the re-establishment of the operations of two companies in the commercial sector in Barranquilla.
