dc.description.abstract | El ganglión dorsal es una patología frecuente en cirugía de mano viéndose asociado a lesiones del ligamento escafolunar. Con el advenimiento de la artroscopia se ha logrado realizar manejo simultáneo de estas dos entidades obteniéndose buenos resultados. Presentamos el caso clínico de un paciente con un ganglión dorsal secundario a lesión parcial del componente dorsal del ligamento escafolunar después de un trauma y a quien se le realizó la resección por artroscopia más realización de contracción térmica para reparación de la lesión parcial del ligamento. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The dorsal ganglion is a frequent pathology in hand surgery, often associated with scapholunate ligament injuries. With the arrival of arthroscopy, it has been possible to perform a simultaneous management of these two entities getting good results. We present the clinical case of a patient with a secondary dorsal ganglion to partial injury of the scapholunate ligament dorsal component after a trauma and who underwent a resection through arthroscopy and a thermal contraction to repair the partial ligament injury. | eng |
