Resumen
Las fotos multas o SAST se han convertido en un instrumento importante para la movilidad de los sectores, esto ha generado que el porcentaje de foto comparendos aumentaran. En este documento se habla sobre la percepción del agente actor de movilidad sobre las foto multas o SAST el cual es analizado desde la legitimidad y la constitucionalidad por medio de una encuesta desarrollada en el municipio de los patios a 100 conductores respecto a las foto multas y la ley 1843 del 2017, con la finalidad de conocer la opinión de estas personas encuestas, dar a entender que estas son el desenlace a los conflictos automovilísticos que se presentan continuamente y concientizar al lector sobre el acatamiento de las normas que implican las foto multas o SAST para reducir el porcentaje de muertes y accidentes de tránsito siendo el conductor o el peatón el afectado, percibiendo así un alto porcentaje respecto al desconocimiento de la ley y el desacuerdo con las cámaras de fotodeccion ya que argumentan la disconformidad de ser obligados a acatar la norma.
The photo fines or SAST have become an important instrument for the mobility of the sectors, this has led to an increase in the percentage of photo citations. This document talks about the perception of the mobility actor agent about the photo fines or SAST which is analyzed from the legitimacy and constitutionality through a survey developed in the municipality of Los Patios to 100 drivers regarding the photo fines and Law 1843 of 2017, in order to know the opinion of these people surveys, to imply that these are the outcome of automobile conflicts that occur continuously and make the reader aware of compliance with the rules that imply photo fines or SAST to reduce the percentage of deaths and traffic accidents with the driver or pedestrian being affected, thus perceiving a high percentage regarding ignorance of the law and disagreement with the photodecision cameras since they argue the disagreement of being forced to abide by the rule.
