dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo de investigación tiene por objetivo el diseño y la implementación de un programa o aplicación para las distintas capacitaciones de los trabajadores de la empresa Copla Group. Debido a la cantidad considerable de trabajadores que trabajan por fuera y de información a impartir se hace tedioso el enseñar y evaluar por métodos tradicionales. Teniendo en cuenta el problema se decidió optar por un programa o aplicación que permita educar y evaluar a sus trabajadores de forma virtual o remota, que además le permita al equipo administrativo ver los resultados individual o colectivamente de todo el personal capacitado. Todo esto será posible mediante la elaboración de ya sea animaciones didácticas, videos, presentaciones grabadas o explicadas, que permitan a su vez presentar evaluaciones elaboradas por el equipo de investigación. Además, también se cuenta con todos los conocimientos necesarios que la empresa necesita impartir a sus trabajadores.spa
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is the design and implementation of a program or application for the different training of the workers of the company Copla Group. Due to the considerable number of workers who work outside and the information to impart, it becomes tedious to teach and evaluate by traditional methods. Taking into account the problem, it was decided to opt for a program or application that allows educating and evaluating its workers virtually or remotely, which also allows the administrative team to see the results individually or collectively of all the trained personnel. All this will be possible through the elaboration of either didactic animations, videos, recorded or explained presentations, which in turn allow the presentation of evaluations prepared by the research team. In addition, it also has all the necessary knowledge that the company needs to impart to its workers.eng
