Resumen
Los cambios exigen conocimientos y disposición, para generar, implementar y adaptarse en su estrategia
laboral. Por lo que el objetivo central del artículo es analizar el cambio organizacional y cómo sus factores
contribuyen en la gestión de las empresas mixtas del sector petrolero del estado Zulia-Venezuela. Se fundamenta
en un enfoque positivista, con un diseño de investigación no experimental, de campo, transversal; y un tipo de
estudio descriptivo. La población está conformada por las empresas mixtas del sector petrolero del estado Zulia, y
los informantes clave son seis (6) gerentes, y cuarenta y dos (42) miembros del personal administrativo de dichas
empresas. Se aplicaron dos (2) cuestionarios, uno para gerentes y otro para empleados, con quince (15) ítems. Los
resultados indicaron que tanto los gerentes, como empleados administrativos, conocen y participan en los cambios,
consideran que la tecnología es fundamental pero no hay una apropiación adecuada, por lo que se hace preciso estar
vigilantes en cada uno de estos aspectos, para una mejor gestión de las empresas, ya que son determinantes en la
toma de decisiones, reduciendo la incertidumbre y propiciando condiciones favorables para todos. Se concluye,
que los cambios implementados de una manera positiva, generan resultados favorables para la empresa, por lo que
se recomienda a los gerentes tomar en cuenta los elementos del entorno no controlables para tomar acciones que
permitan el éxito en la gestión.
Changes require knowledge and willingness to generate, implement and adapt in their work strategy. So the central objective of the article is to analyze the organizational change and how its factors contribute to the management of joint ventures in the oil sector of Zulia-Venezuela. It is based on a positivist approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional research design; and a type of descriptive study. The population is made up of the mixed companies of the oil sector of Zulia state, and the key informants are six (6) managers, and forty-two (42) members of the administrative staff of these companies. Two (2) questionnaires were applied, one for managers and another for employees, with fifteen (15) items. The results indicated that both managers, as administrative employees, know and participate in the changes, consider that technology is fundamental but there is no adequate appropriation, so it is necessary to be vigilant in each of these aspects, for a better management of the companies, since they are decisive in the decision-making process, reducing the uncertainty and favoring favorable conditions for all. It is concluded that the changes implemented in a positive manner, generate favorable results for the company, so it is recommended that managers take into account the non-controllable elements of the environment to take actions that allow for success in management.
