Resumen
El trabajo en casa en la actualidad se ha convertido en una metodología sumamente implementada por los diferentes sectores económicos en el mundo y últimamente con mayor frecuencia, es tal la aceleración en la implementación de las distintas formas de trabajo remoto que las proyecciones para el 2020 arrojaban que el 50% de la fuerza laboral del país sería digital (MinTIC y Nubelo, 2015). Asimismo, se estima que en Colombia alrededor de 3 millones de personas han sido migradas a esta forma de trabajo en la actualidad (Portafolio, 2020).
Actualmente a raíz de la situación que vive el mundo debido a la contingencia sanitaria, lo anteriormente mencionado sobre las proyecciones del trabajo remoto dejó de ser una proyección para convertirse en una realidad y la banca no ha sido ajena a esta tendencia.
