Resumen
Este estudio se enfocó en evaluar la influencia de las Tecnologías de la Información
y la Comunicación (TIC) en la Administración Municipal de Bucarasica, utilizando un
enfoque cualitativo y métodos como el estudio de caso y revisión documental. Los
resultados destacaron un impacto positivo y significativo de las TIC en la gestión
municipal, identificando factores internos, como la infraestructura tecnológica y la
capacitación del personal, y factores externos, como las políticas gubernamentales
y el acceso a la tecnología, que influyen en la interacción entre la gerencia y las TIC.
Se resaltó una creciente interdependencia en los últimos cuatro años entre la
gerencia municipal y las TIC, lo que mejoró la eficiencia, transparencia y
comunicación con los ciudadanos. Se concluyó que es esencial continuar invirtiendo
en tecnología, proporcionar formación en competencias digitales y actualizar
políticas que promuevan la innovación tecnológica para mantener estos beneficios.
En resumen, las TIC se consolidan como herramientas clave para modernizar la
gestión municipal en Bucarasica y sirven como modelo para otras administraciones
públicas que buscan adaptarse a la era digital.
This study focused on evaluating the influence of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Municipal Administration of Bucarasica, using a qualitative approach and methods such as case study and documentary review. The results highlighted a positive and significant impact of ICTs on municipal management, identifying internal factors, such as technological infrastructure and staff training, and external factors, such as government policies and access to technology, that influence the interaction between management and ICTs.
