Resumen
Se realizó una investigación abordada en los estudios de las ventajas de la utilización del conocido concentrado peletizado en lugar de los tradicionales alimentos de pollo de engorde, donde se analizó que el concentrado peletizado permite mejorar el aprovechamiento de las raciones alimenticias, logrando un mejor comportamiento del pollo de engorde en su peso vivo mejorando su calidad y producción.
Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de la literatura, usando como herramienta de búsqueda en diferentes bases de datos. Se encontraron 8 artículos y con base a ellos pudimos desarrollar nuestros objetivos.
La peletización es una técnica de procesamiento de alimento que incrementa la rentabilidad, todas las fábricas de alimento deberían esforzarse para producir un peletizado de alta calidad.
An investigation addressed in the studies of the advantages of the use of the well-known pelleted concentrate instead of traditional broiler feeds was carried out, where it was analyzed that the pelleted concentrate allows to improve the use of food rations, achieving a better behavior of the broiler chicken in its live weight, improving its quality and production. A bibliographic review of the literature was carried out, using different databases as a search tool. 8 articles were found and based on them we were able to develop our objectives. Pelletizing is a feed processing technique that increases profitability, all feed mills did not strive to produce a high-quality pellet.
