Resumen
El significado de impacto dada por poweresd by Oxfordo en colaboración con la universidad de Oxford nos dice que es una impresión emocional intensa que causa un determinado hecho o su difusión, o un conjunto de efectos que un suceso o un hecho producen en su entorno físico o social dando como resultado una situación y el de egresados según la Real Academia de la lengua
Española (RAE), es aquel estudiante que después de haber acabado su preparación académica, abandona el centro de estudios donde fue preparado esto aplica para universidades o centro de Educación Superior acreditadas por la entidad de regulación correspondiente a cada país. Es por ello que, las entidades de Educación Superior siempre han tenido como misión formar profesionales capacitados para afrontar las necesidades de la sociedad. Con el fin de dar respuesta a las Políticas Institucionales se plantea el presente trabajo para lograr una caracterización de los egresados como estrategias de seguimiento que permita conocer y valorar su desempeño y el impacto social del programa, así como estimular el intercambio de experiencias académicas e investigativas. Además, el impacto de los egresados en su variable de la situación laboral y el impacto social de la formación se constituyen en el principal insumo para que el programa adapte sus contenidos, currículos y metodologías, en pro del desarrollo las competencias profesionales que la sociedad demanda.

That is why Higher Education entities have always had the mission of training professionals trained to meet the needs of society. In order to respond to the Institutional Policies, the present work is proposed to achieve a characterization of the graduates as follow-up strategies that allow knowing and assessing their performance and the social impact of the program, as well as stimulating the exchange of academic and research experiences . In addition, the impact of the graduates in their variable of the employment situation and the social impact of the training constitute the main input for the program to adapt its contents, curricula and methodologies, in favor of developing the professional skills that society demands.
